This lovely Italian restaurant is located on the second floor of the Park Hyatt Seoul building and features a relaxing atmosphere where a team of culinary professionals provide an authentic take on southern Italian cuisine. Besides weekend brunch, the restaurant also serves lovely lunches and amazing dinners and has a wide selection of craft beers and Italian wines.

Brunch At The Park

On Saturdays and Sundays, Cornerstone presents ‘Brunch at the Park’, a luxurious brunch in Seoul. Included in the experience is a variety of appetizers, a main dish, and incredible desserts. All of the dishes are authentic home-style Italian made with quality ingredients. The brunch also includes unlimited buffet-style of appetizers and desserts, wine and cocktails.

You can take a look at the whole menu here.

This part of the “Brunch at the Park” is served straight to your table and gets you going for the brunch. I loved all of the appetizers and was impressed by the authentic Italian taste and rich flavors.

Chorizo Sausage, Mozzarella cheese, spicy salsa

Scrippelle, mushrooms, pecorino cheese

Sea urchin, zhucchini, sesame, chili, bottarga

Beef 1++ sirloin, tomatoes, basil, pine nuts

You can choose between 1 main dish for 2 people. The options are Grilled Trout Alla Puttanesca, Pork Chop Milanese, Tiger Prawn Alla Busara, and US T-Bone. We opted for the pork chop and were not disappointed!

The beverage menu is also very big and has something for everyone. I love to try a good cocktail and since it was early spring when I went to the brunch experience, I just had to try the cherry blossom cocktail. My friend had a raspberry lemonade that was absolutely fruity delicious as well. Besides yummy alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, they also have Italian prosecco, wine and beers, as well as fresh juices on the menu.

Tanqueray No.Tem gin, Rose wine, Lemon juice, Cherry blossom syrup, Soda

Raspberry, Sage, Lime juice, Soda

Unlimited Brunch Buffet

What I loved most about this brunch experience was the unlimited buffet options. Whether you want savory snacks or sweet delights, you are able to fill up your plate as often as you like! Of course, my favorite was the incredible dessert table! I have never seen anything like it! This is what makes the Cornerstone the best place to have brunch in Seoul!
