I visited The Restaurant at The Southbridge Hotel for lunch and had a delicious pepper steak. The chef cooked my steak perfectly medium-rare, just how I like it. The meat was seasoned to perfection with the right amount of black pepper for a flavorful taste. The vegetables on the side were steamed and fresh. The whole plate comes at only $24.40 SGD, very affordable compared to other restaurants in the city.

Afternoon Tea At the Southbridge

Brand new on their menu, the Southbridge restaurant now also offers afternoon tea options. The small bites are presented on a two-tier serving plate made of stone. The upper tier features sweet treats, like donuts, brownies, and small cake bites. The lower tier features two juicy mini hamburgers, and meat and curry filled pastries. Naturally, you also get tea or coffee with your high-tea set. The set goes for $21.90 SGD for two and if you are a premium member, you save 25%!
